I see endless posts on here with people sweating over their 4080s running at 82C inside a completely sealed 1997 Gateway tower. They start cutting giant holes for 120mm fans or gluing ugly 3D-printed brackets to the chassis, completly defeating the point of a sleeper. Modern silicon is designed to boost until it hits thermal limits and then sit there safely. Your GPU is not going to melt because it lacks a mesh front panel. We used to run Athlon XPs that would burn a hole through the socket if the heatsink fan failed for five seconds, and we managed with one crappy 80mm exhaust. Slapping four Noctua fans into a vintage steel chassis just makes it look like a cheap modern build wearing a plastic mask. If you wanted perfect airflow, you should have bought a boring black glass box. Leave the metal alone and accept that 85 degrees under load is perfectly fine for modern hardware. Half of you are just staring at monitering software instead of playing games anyway.
