they slapped the new itron unit right on the external wall outside the nursery last month. now every four minutes on the dot the audio receiver pops and gives off this rapid clicking hiss. kid wakes up crying half the time because of it. tried wrapping the cord in foil, did nothing to stop the inferference. utility guy claimed its normal diagnostic telemetry but i never had this garbage with the old analog dial. so exhausted.
