stop buying expensive machnied pins for pro micros... just clip the excess legs off your 1N4148 diodes and slide them straight into low profile sockets... sits completely flush agaisnt the pcb and costs zero extra cents... bricked a board years ago soldering header pins direct to the pcb... absolute hell trying to desolder twenty pins at once... never again...
