City councel really spent 1.2 mil on a concave polished steel loop right in front of the north terminal... brilliant engineering. It functions as a giant solar death ray between 2pm and 4pm. Walked past yesterdy and got blinded for ten minutes, plus some guy's car bumper was visibly melting... Outstanding use of tax dollars.
