city council burned half a million on what is basically just a giant, deformed sheet of oxidised scrap metal right outside the transit hub... brilliant. took three years of road closures just to bolt down a tetanus hazard that looks like an overgrown rusty turd. peak civic planning right there... gotta love how the plaque calls it 'dynamic flow' when its just sitting there blocking the sidewalk.
