Everyone acts like film is the ultimate apocalypse-proof format. Sure, it lasts centuries if you keep it in a climate controled vault, but good luck searching through miles of it when you need data back fast. LTO tapes beat film for real bulk recovery any day. Film is just for hoarders who like playing with light tables 🙄
