Stripped down a Paperwhite 3 board to use as an ambient weather monitor. Stock power management IC keeps putting the CPU into deep sleep every few minutes despite disabling auto suspend in framwork settings. Hardware modification seems required at this point. Has anyone successfully bridged the wake line or disabled the PMIC sleep state completely without causing issues on the battery circuit? Running a custom Linux kernel already so software toggles are out of the question.
